Using Nutrition Guidance

Simply text what you ate in natural language. For example:

• "I ate pounded yam with egusi soup"
• "Breakfast was fried plantain and eggs"
• "Had jollof rice for lunch"

Our AI understands African foods and will give you personalized guidance based on how they affect blood sugar.

Verifying Your Medications

To verify a medication:

1. Find the batch number on your medication packaging
2. Text "VERIFY [batch number]" to our shortcode
3. Wait for instant verification result

If a medication cannot be verified, do NOT use it. Report it to local authorities and your pharmacist.

Managing Your Subscription

To manage your subscription via SMS:

• Check status: Text "STATUS" to our shortcode
• Upgrade plan: Text "UPGRADE" to our shortcode
• Cancel: Text "CANCEL" to our shortcode

All subscriptions can be paid via M-Pesa, Airtel Money, MTN Mobile Money, or bank transfer.
