Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Nurafya's services via SMS, USSD, or our mobile application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the service.

1. Description of Service

Nurafya provides diabetes risk screening, nutritional guidance, medication reminders, and drug verification services through SMS, USSD, and mobile application interfaces.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. Users under 18 may use Nurafya only with parental or guardian consent and supervision.

3. Account Registration

To use our services, you may need to provide your phone number and basic health information. You agree to provide accurate and complete information.

4. Not Medical Advice

IMPORTANT: Nurafya is NOT a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Our services provide general health information and screening tools. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider for medical decisions.

5. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate health information
• Not misuse the service for non-health purposes
• Keep your account information secure
• Report any suspicious medication verification results to authorities

6. Fees and Payment

Some Nurafya services are free. Premium features require payment via mobile money or other supported payment methods. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of Nurafya are owned by Nurafya Health Technologies and protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

Nurafya shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the past 12 months.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via SMS.

11. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
